A Friendly Face

Anybody who does a lot of traveling for business knows how important it is to not have to worry about who is picking you up at the airport and taking you to your hotel. The last thing I want to do is rent a car and drive through traffic in a city I don’t know well. That’s why whenever I fly into DFW airport I use one of the very best limo services there is in the city.

The Dallas limo service has been picking me up for years every time I fly into Dallas. I refuse to use any other service because they know me and have always been extremely professional. As soon as I step out the door for the airport the car is there waiting to take me to my hotel and will be available to me for the entire time I am in Dallas. No matter where I want to go or what time it might be, I know I can count on them to get the job done.

I live in New York City and don’t even own a car. I haven’t driven anywhere in years and I just can’t see myself going back to that now. In New York I either take a cab or the company limo service and when I’m on business anywhere else I certainly don’t want to try to figure out the complicated road systems of that city. The Dallas limousine service I’ve been using all these years is top in their profession and they treat me like a valued customer. Whenever it is possible I ask for the same driver that usually tends to my transportation needs and most of the time my wishes are granted. I like having at least one friendly face to look at when I’m away from home and that’s what I get from this limo service.

Always a Nice Ride

Once a month I have to fly into Dallas for business. I don’t like driving in the city so I always use a Dallas limousine service to take me to my hotel and then into the city. It’s always a treat to sit back and relax while the driver delivers me safely in front of each place I need to go. It takes a lot of stress away from me not having to deal with the heavy traffic.

The parent office for the company I work for is in Dallas and I’ve been making these monthly trips for over two years now. The first time I fly into Dallas I rented a car and spent almost five hours trying to make my way through the traffic just to get to my hotel. It was after that experience that I decided I would always use a Dallas limo service whenever I was in town. I use one service exclusively and ask for the same driver that I’ve always had; it’s nice to have a friendly face when traveling out of town.

As soon as my flight arrives in DFW airport, I know that I’m going to be able to relax in comfort for the 45 minute drive to my hotel. I kick off my shoes and close my eyes and just relax peacefully while the driver deals with the bumper to bumper traffic. If you have to travel into a big city, that’s the only way to get from point A to point B; I will never try driving in that mess every again.

I have often recommended the Dallas limousine service that I use to my co-workers at my Dallas office. I explained how nice it is to be taken care of after a long flight and suggested that they arrange that type of transportation for any clients they might have flying into the area. People enjoy being pampered and such a service makes clients feel like their best interests are being thought about.

Tips for 'Memorable' Dallas Bachelor Parties

Bachelor parties are not usually known for being memorable. That is, the people that attend them usually have a hard time remembering them the next day. Much fun as that is, it really doesn’t contribute to a smooth start to decades of marital bliss! Today we're looking at the top sixtips for having a 'memorable' bachelor party in Dallas, from taking a Dallas limo to thinking about very alternative venues. So at least the best man can at least remember how he came to be electrical-taped to the streetlight …
  1. Never plan a bachelor party for the day before the wedding. Even if it is completely innocuous, grooms really should have that time for preparations.
  2. If you're doing a pub-crawl, take a Dallas limo. You know that the police in Dallas aren’t particularly forgiving of public drunks, and while your fiancée is pretty much expecting you to go to the strippers with the boys, she really doesn’t want to have to bail you out of a holding cell!
  3. Get dropped off by Dallas limo in the wilderness. Make sure you have a sat phone so you can call for help if you really need it … but what an adventure and a test of you masculine survival skills!
  4. Go skydiving instead of on a drinking binge. The adrenaline rush will make you feel so much more alive than alcohol can. Plenty of time for that at the wedding reception.
  5. Tell your best man what you want to happen beforehand, and charge him with making sure it happens! That is, if you don't want to drink any more than four fifths of vodka, your best man is the one responsible for making that happen. He can organize the limo, and let the guests know what (if anything) should be said to the fiancée.
  6. Make sure your friends can get home safely as well. It is courteous for the best man to arrange transport for guests … less courteous to expect them to figure out their own designated drivers! Most Dallas limos are happy to make multiple stops at drop-offs.

5 Romantic Spots for Dinner by Limo in Dallas

Valentine's Day is coming up … but you shouldn’t need much of an excuse to go on a romantic dinner with somebody you love! To bring your dinner out of the realms of the ordinary, and into the realms of the utterly romantic, a Dallas limousine rental is in order. Today we are looking at 5 of Dallas's most romantic restaurants, worthy of a limo trip with the love of your life!
St. Martin's Wine Bistro
If you're in the mood for love, a Dallas limo trip to St. Martins will certainly sate your appetite! The restaurant is quite dressy, they have live music and a wonderful selection of (mildly aphrodisiac!) foods. The Chilean sea bass, champagne brie soup and biftek diane are recommended!
This fondue bar is great for a relaxed evening out -- and if you get there by Dallas limo, you can enjoy the full bar even more! Try the Spinach Mushroom and the California salad, according to diners.
The atmosphere here is small, warm and cozy. If you want to feel looked after, but aren’t after a pretentious night where stilettos are mandatory, The Grape is a great place. They have plenty of vegetarian friendly dishes, also.
If you’re up for a luxury night out, then Nick and Sams makes the perfect destination for a Dallas limo evening. It's very pricey … but when you consider the complimentary caviar, the live piano, at-the-table carving of lobster tails, impeccable service, delicious desserts, and so on … it is well worth it!
Well, the name certainly doesn’t make it sound very romantic … but isn't that so often the way with restaurants? The ones with unassuming names (like Nick and Sam's, for example), are the ones that have you dreaming about them on your lunch breaks, while the local Chinese is called "Land of a Thousand Breathtaking Happinesses"!

The Old Warsaw is French-themed and also serves new-American style dishes. The decor is very elegant, and dishes range from lobster bisque, to shrimp scampi, chateaubriand, and Grand Marnier soufflés. So Frenchy, so chic -- and great destination for a night in a Dallas limo!

Clubcrawling by Dallas Limo Rental: 5 Fave Clubs

Dallas -- one of the biggest cities in America, where the weather is hot, hot, hot during the day ... so the clubs are ultra-hot at nighttime, after the sun goes down! If you're new to Dallas or just visiting, club-crawling by limo is a great way to explore the city's nightlife. No taxi stress or public transport worries -- ultimate safety, and awesome clubs! Today we check out five of the city's best venues to get your Dallas limousine driver to take you to and from.
1. The Slip Inn
One of Dallas's favorite dance clubs, the Slip Inn is said to be one of the most civilized (yet fun!) dance clubs in the city. With awesome electronic music, a crowd that is varied and friendly, so all sorts of people can feel at home. Old school hip hop and awesome electronica is standard, and both the barman and DJ are said to be at one with the crowd! Dallas limos are recommended -- parking can get a bit tight.
2. Cowboys Red River
This place gets PACKED on Thursday nights -- so make your ride ultra-civil, and your night ultra-wild, with a limo to Cowboys Red River! The drinks are priced mid-range -- not too cheap, but not hugely expensive. Music is focused on country, so if you want to literally kick up your heels, this is the place to go.
3. The Church
No, this is not the Dallas First Methodist ... although strangely, most patrons say that one of the best nights to visit this goth club is Sunday! It's a mid-priced dance club with live music and a full bar, and people say that despite the eyeliner-and-black lace atmosphere, the crowd is actually quite friendly. They play '80s dark wave and industrial, so if you had any angst as a teenager or a young adult, you'll probably recognize some tunes.
4. PM: A Nightlife Lounge
A business name which is original, despite being strangely boring, shouldn’t lead you to judge this dance club in Dallas before you've been! It is relatively new, and still establishing a crowd of regulars, but everybody that has been there is impressed. The crowd is an interesting mix, the atmosphere and decor is typical club-style ... and you'll be glad to see your Dallas limo waiting out the front after a long walk upstairs in high heels!
5. The Hotel Capri
Again, Dallas has a talent for misnaming their nightlife venues ... but in the process, creating a strangely awesome atmosphere! The Hotel Capri has an alcove bed in the back of the club -- but you'll have to get your Dallas limo to take you there early if you want a spot there. Ladies get free champagne some nights ... call ahead to confirm when.

Dallas knows that many people feel very strongly about the assassination of JFK, and have kept the area where one of the country's favorite presidents was shot almost exactly the same as it was on that 1963 day. There is a memorial with a concrete tomb-style enclosure where people come to remember.
